McCall School of Visual and Performing Arts, Coker University (Hartsville, SC)- Duties include: Managing shop personnel, overseeing the work of staff assistant. Designing, building, painting, and budgeting for three theatrical productions annually, and two dance productions annually. Teaching a variety of theater production classes, and theater history. Mentoring student technicians and designers. Recruiting new students.

2009-2013: Department Chair, Department of Visual and Performing Arts, Worcester Academy (Worcester, MA)- Duties included: managing departmental budgets, organizing and chairing department meetings. Consulting on teaching assignments and the annual evaluation of all departmental faculty. The chair also serves as a link between faculty and administration through service on the Curriculum Committee.
